My name is Nam Kular, and I am excited to announce my intention to seek the nomination for the Conservative Party in the federal riding of Edmonton Southeast.

As an accomplished real estate professional, a dedicated husband, and a father to two sons, I am deeply committed to our communities and dedicated to fostering a bright future for our families at a national level. My experience has instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and a strong commitment to service, principles that I plan to carry into my role as your representative in the federal government. I have engaged with many individuals in our diverse and dynamic riding, gaining your support and understanding the issues that matter most to you.

I understand the desire for a representative who will champion the needs of Edmonton Southeast with a hard-working, community-focused approach, always ready to address your concerns. My background as a volunteer and coach, along with my active participation in community events, demonstrates my passion for our neighborhoods. Professionally, I bring skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and financial savvy, essential for driving investment and economic growth. I am also committed to supporting our seniors and advocating for programs and services that enhance our communities.

Biography
Nam Kular possesses qualities of an effective listener, articulate communicator, and a firm negotiator, all while being a proud Conservative. He is dedicated to securing a victory for Edmonton Southeast and supporting Pierre Poilievre in establishing a majority government. With his extensive background in real estate, Nam has a wealth of experience in engaging with the community through numerous door-to-door interactions, showcasing his result-oriented approach. To ensure a Conservative representative from Edmonton Southeast in the upcoming election, consider joining the Conservative Party and supporting Nam Kular's nomination.
Nam is a happily married father of two and has lived, volunteered and worked in Edmonton Southeast for more than 20 years.
Before entering the dynamic Real Estate Market of Edmonton and surrounding areas, Nam Kular has been professionally employed for 10 years as a Project Controller with a large industrial construction company in the Oil & Energy industry of Edmonton, with revenues of over $10B.

Nam Kular managed a family business for 5 Years, before graduating from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Business Management, April of 2006. Active Alumni member and played on the Ooks Soccer team while attending.
Besides playing competitive soccer, Nam also has been volunteering to coach with Millwoods Soccer Association, for over 10 years.
